Every coach is reviewed by our admin team before going live. We verify their experience, credentials, certifications, and identity. Only verified coaches show up in Browse Coaches with the active badge.
Open a coach's profile, pick an available slot, and we lock that slot for you for 10 minutes while you complete checkout. Once payment is confirmed, the booking is locked in and a calendar invite is generated.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You can pay using UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, or popular wallets. We never store your card details — Razorpay handles everything PCI-compliantly.
As soon as your booking is confirmed, you'll see a Join button in your dashboard under Upcoming sessions. The link becomes active 10 minutes before the start time. We also send the link via email so you can join from any device.
Yes. You can cancel up to 30 minutes before your session starts and we'll automatically refund you to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. To reschedule, cancel and book a new slot with the same coach.
Both sides' attendance is tracked. If your coach doesn't join within the first few minutes, the session is marked a coach no-show, you're refunded automatically, and the incident is logged against the coach.
Every account comes with a unique referral code under your dashboard's Referrals tab. When a friend uses it and completes their first paid session, you both earn credit that's auto-applied at checkout. Credits are valid for 90 days.
Sign up as a regular user first, then reach out to our team. An admin will verify your credentials and convert your account into a coach profile with custom pricing, availability windows, and category tags.
